(EN) Bright redish, black colour. Ripe and complex, brimming with spices (clove, vanilla and black pepper), fruit like plum, figs and fruit preserves. Aromas of hummus, truffle and dry leaves. The mouth is smooth, elegant and flavourful, with balanced wood and fat, silky tannins that are typical of the variety. Nice balance. The wine embodies the maximum expression of the terroir and development in the cellar.
Serve at 17°C. Ideal to pair with game meat like wild boar, venison and duck. Pairs well with lamb and ethnic food.
